Holy Moly - 55% voted against the remuneration report.
They are saying the "firse strike" but shouldn't that be the second strike if it failed in the last report?The shareholders of BIT passed last years remuneration report with 93.9% approval so this is only a first strike. Strikes against the remuneration reports don't carry over from year to year - to spill the board of a company there needs to be two strikes in a row.
