I see that shareholders are all so outraged that less than 100m votes were actually cast for these resolutions. There are almost 900m shares on issue. Yep, lots of people spend a lot of time complaining but when they have a chance to do something meaningful and assert their rights they can't even be bothered going to the website and voting.
Whats also interesting is that of the < 100m votes cast, 36m voted in favor of the remuneration report. The top 6 directors and insiders hold at least 30m that I can see. Its easy to see how easily management gets its own way when 85% of of shareholders can't be bothered voting.
