Now you need to look at that term - RISK MANAGEMENT.
12 months ago, BIT was worth the risk - trial results pending.
Today after what essentially are failed results - they failed to advance the results beyond what had previously been achieved.
At this stage, the risk has increased, and the potential return has decreased. Risk management is a moveable feast.
That, logic would say, means that the tech has less value than previously considered - or none at all. Lack of interest from third parties would seem to indicate this.
So, scenario, 6-12 months down the track and the consultants have not nailed down a deal. BIT is forced to fold. The "tech" is worth what anyone wants to pay - and that could well be zero.
Perhaps try not to lecture people on this forum - most would have more experience than you do and have a more open mind as well - they can look at all scenarios equally.
