There's no shortage of analysis of that argument here, I note there was not attempt to expand on the case.I recall tolerance at 200mg has been an ongoing point of excitement. Another argument might be a little akin to approach it like how we currently fight cancer, run it at 2000mg for a fortnight and see what occurs - ie last organism standing! But... at this stage of the game we cannot. Makes me wonder if someone else knows the answer to that qn.
There's debatably a material shortage of argument of the alternate view as per above ie that they're progressing this as best they can in the circumstances and its progressing and may indeed be of significant value.
