The board and management have always been appointed by us shareholders. There is a demand and a responsibility to ensure that syphoning does not occur. If it does under a boards watch it should lead to their dismissal and any person implicit in the syphoning.

In the history of Medusa / x64 there was only one board that took corrective action (as far as I am aware). Mr McGlinn and his board were the ones that instituted this audit / investigation in the Philippines. The outcome is not yet known. We await the findings. DYOR
