Just a quick update on today's EGM.

The EGM was run by Mike Hale as all other directors are away.

There were 7 or 8 people present and as announced all resolutions have passed.

The official part took only 10-15 min after which we had a chance to have a chat with Mike Hale and our head geo, Kevin Alexander over a cup of tea or coffee. The Co must be in a money saving mode as there were no biscuits.

Here's couple of comments I've heard from MH and KA:

Bogdan:

The assay results from the last hole are due very shortly.
Maybe a week or two.
The next hole is in progress and we are about 380m down of a 600+ meter hole.
The current hole is very close to the KGHM's boundary with the next hole planned pretty much on the KGHM boundary.

Balkans:

Another two holes were completed and we can expect the assay results very shortly. These holes were infill drills to convert more tonnes from inferred to indicated.

Togo:

We are definitely still in the top 3.
Ernst and Young as well as Bird and Bird (both from France) are overlooking the tender process which adds a lot more credibility and hopefully will ensure that the last stage of the process is running smoothly.

Basically, the same message comes across from the Board: Please rely on Balamara's announcements and not on the hype or down ramping by foreign press.
Until we see an announcement stating that we are out of the race, we are still in there.
