I will stand aside and allow your mind to ponder, as due to my past experiences with you - my time is better spent elsewhere. You are a clever man (so you suggest) that can make your own judgments based on your own research as others will theirs. So feel free to put up your own answers for others to judge OR see if they care....I don't.
I have my answers......as have been announced, then I can pass my own judgement based on my Ag knowledge as to viability, farm value, existing off takes ETC.
