who says there is a global over supply of milk. I think you will find that there is an oversupply of some processed milk products i.e. milk powder.
The company have not been forthcoming with information as to what if any debt there will be.
No need for off take agreements if you are contracted at a decent level.
Not a lot of shares on issue if there is to be no debt. In fact makes it quite attractive.
Dairy Farms/Land that have massively declined in value, that all depends on the area you purchase in. Western and Southern Vic have retracted off a highly inflated value due to the drought and the effects of pricing from MG and Fonterra. Farms with Irrigation and water rights have held and in many cases risen in value
The problem with this company is their disclosure to shareholders and the market, and they are also seriously lacking experience in agri. and the dairy industry it would be expected that an experienced person with the right qualifications will be taking the reins if and when they have the funds to purchase the farms.
