It would be interesting to see the percentage of total eligible votes that actually cast a vote. Sometimes the percentage is very low and as a result active voters with a keen interest in the outcome get over the line - I have seen it many times in the past (MGC for the listing is a classic example in the dairy space).

I did notice Resolution 5 got a higher degree of resistance than the other and this one was one of your major concerns.

And the resistance was there on Resolution 5, associates of the director would have helped get it over the line. Related party rule determination should in fact be broarder than is currently in place.
