What a disturbing result for shareholders at the EGM today that resolution 5 issuing millions more shares for the Chairman has been approved. One would think that it was associates that have supported this. Many retail shareholders must be extremely let down when Timetables indicated on page 21 of this EGM have not come to fruition nor has there been any explanation from the company. Yet associates approve share issue, might be waiting a very long time for this to relist allowing holders exit.
