Shareholder engagement is a big problem with this company and if they are informing some shareholders of information and not making announcements re that information then they are in breech of governance rules.
We the shareholders are entitled to be informed. Yes they have their indicative timelines on page 21 of the EGM notice that have not been adhered, to so do not ALL shareholders deserve the respect of an announcement to let them know where the timelines are at. If the company can not engage with shareholders then how on earth can they engage with investors.
