I noticed at the egm yesterday approx 5,000,000 votes against most of the resolutions. All resolutions passed emphatically so maybe the voter has jumped ship???? (obvious question - what was this voters beef with the company/resolutions???) Pretty standard process to let directors get some skin in the game at reasonable entry levels.

Also some of the milestone hurdles for the new director Hohning's performance shares seem to be quite modest with shareprice above 8.5 cent for 20 days. A successful 5 million dollar capital raising (begs the question - at what price and to who???)

I still dont get why the shareprice is not closer to SI valuation? but expect I will find out one day! sigh
