The agm in 2017 clearly stated you needed to be an officer of the company and a bunch of price hurdles but you used every truck in the book to try and have these granted. John robot in imho was dragged along by you and he is essentially a good bloke.
Thank god for the current management who have put this vote to the owners of the company and cleared up your legacy... or in other words the ‘shareholders’ Have spoken loud and clear!!
They have spoken 2 to 1 and voted these down!
You and the other inept management who joined you over those terrible years really didn’t have shareholders interests at heart. Finally some corporate justice has been delivered. I personally think you are very fortunate more actions haven’t been taken.
