When does the head guy / keyman Aaron Lee that oversaw all this get hauled up for that list of alledged wrongdoings? He can't say he did not know unfortunately as he would have signed off and made recommendations to the board under his name.
Mind boggles that even just 1 point of your list was proven that he committed - it would be severe sanctions and penalties upon him let alone a list as long as you have presented.
Going to be in a world of trouble imho.
He might be a flight risk imo.
