That gets into problems where in the case of IOU servicing a loan from CLee
How does Clee get assurances that IOU will be able to repay said loan and will it be a convertible note which in the situation where IOU can't repay the loan the balance gets converted into equity - but at what price?
There isn't enough transparency in my view about where IOU sit at the moment - what cash is it generating and what cash burn are they running monthly ?
