Quite simply, it could have been that back in November Clee's first preference was to save the business because they saw it has as having good future prospects.
But those chances of saving the company have been dashed and right now Clee and clients know it. And they have probably decided anyway that IOU's business is worthless.
So why is there silence on what is an obvious second preference? Does the silence mean that is exactly what they intend to do?
