Could be the case, but shouldn't David be allowed to see what is currently being claimed? Even if it isn't a final list, I still think he should be allowed to view the current claims to understand what is required to bring the company out of administration. I mean he is the person we elected - over 180M votes in favour - so I think it should be only fair he gets to see them. He is only trying to do what is best for the company and us shareholders in trying to get it out of voluntary administration and trading again.
Monday and Tuesday I think will tell us where we stand in all of this. I am hoping for a positive outcome and judge rules in our favour on Tuesday so new BOD can take over everything.
