They brought it upon themselves and should consider themselves very fortunate if creditors / the new management (once they are found) don't pursue them .

Once the General Meeting had been called with motions for their removal , they should have refrained from actions like issuing shares or flogging off assets - but they did not .
They treated the company as if it was their own private possession with utter contempt for us .
Would not be surprised if they join that company the royalties went to .
