It appears a 'big fish' attended/voted 'in-person' and it wasn't in AH's favour, ~216m proxied 'against' votes (pre-vote), 'poll-votes' in excess of ~1b 'against' Resolution 2, so someone (or group) with significant holdings made their desire/influence abundantly clear, why one asks, we may never really know...
