I agree that the ann. is not entirely clear, ie,. confusing. Regardless, I've been at this game for more years than I can count and don't remember an event, ever, when the integrity of a company vote has been called into question.I presume it happens, but it is extremely rare. Anyone seen it happen before?
At least this has brightened up a dull day.
