While you are correct that if Hunter Jaing gets elected to the board it doesn't necessarily mean that his proposal is implemented, it would give him inside access to the future strategy and direction of the company. His current proposal has no benefit to the existing shareholders and his intentions are clear. I would be concerned that with the inside knowledge of the company he would be able to implement some of his plan leaving existing shareholders in the cold....
