If there was any real prospect of a takeover, the SP would go ballistic ......the problem i have with 'its the boards fault' mantra is its all so black and white. When a stocks riding high the board is wonderful, when its a penny dreadful theyre a shocking bunch. However either way i reckon they are always overpaid.
BUT what i DO like about our current board is that they have had failures and now have a coherent plan.
The gen 3 is step 1 , fingers crossed it hits the mark......
i think the next 12mths is make or break for the zbm and redflow....
