I agree that there needs to be further investigation. The number one question is how did it happen that someone was able to gain access to voter information and then cast fraudulent votes without being detected? Surely this fraud would warrant further action by federal police and ASX regulatory bodies? Has it happened before and how can it be prevented? Its a very serious issue.
Finally since the known fraudulent votes were cast in a particular way, it does rather point the finger at associates of people who stood to benefit as the leading suspects. But a thorough investigation is needed.
