sounds to me a copycat claim.
Wanting a seat on the board is one thing, wanting to change the strategic direction of the company is a second thing.
I get that those things are fine to suggest and have as an agenda. All good, I have no problem with fresh ideas being put forward.

But then to suggest that the Board would act fraudulently to get the outcome that it wants is IMO utter nonsense.
Sour grapes no doubt, just trying it on I reckon.
Those behind the futurerfx plan can always try again next year, or go and get a loan and take over the entire company. Interest rates are cheap at the moment.
If they believe in the RFX future under the futurerfx plan and are as well credentialed as they claim, then stumping up the money should be a no brainer.
