To me its a matter of negotiating and yes some Chinese are particularly difficult to deal with at the start. To me its all about bargaining and waiting out to see who flinch first.
Make no mistake, Tommy, Po and Paul wants to finalise the deal and also buy more assets to grow the company. They really want to list on the HK exchange and we all know why that is dont we? BSP is back up to 59c again. I would be happy if triple is even half of BSP's market cap
