A possible theory -
CZD is buying into AVX to have a say in the cash. CZD needs the cash to fast track and complete AOD9604 and aquire a licence to use TPM from POH to create cellucreme.
Maybe in due course enough cash generated from cellucreme to complete Phase3 ATC.
Cheaper to acquire a % of AVX and convince the new board how to use the cash rather than raise the $xxM other ways.
A Win win for everyone maybe??
