    Agree with your post. I think Waterford may have wanted to snag more shares as part of the underwriting so news may not have been forthcoming. It was interesting how the entitlement form had a section for people to subscribe for overs. I suspect Waterford may have wanted some but not all of the shortfall so have left the possibility of accepting over subscriptions.

    Call me crazy but I subscribed for some overs.
