sorry i thought u were talking abt the new issue... i had seen some big holder drip feeding the sell side for last three months... just have to wait and c with new issue if they r going to off loaded or hold long.
However i spoke with a friend of mine in UK he said just hold on a big broker house is come up with a broker report soon could be RBS... and this issue could have been a part of the deal to market the company to institutional investor
