Nothing eventful. The only matter of interest to note is that James Collins Taylor has failed to be relected as a director meaning that MAK have won the day there. Going by the votes it appears that John Kahlbetzer has chosen not to go/vote proxy and/or abstain from all the voting so MAK has been able to get their result as no one else has bothered.
Personally I think it's no loss - JCT hasn't done anything of note in his years on the board anyway and it's one less director to pay. He was independant of the two big shareholders but in reality what difference could he make anyway?
By the way Boardroom radio had an analyst presentation on MAK including positive comments re Namibia.
