I thought the jist of my post was fairly clear, but for those who think I can confuse the construction of a cafe with any type of mine, I did mean that the Chinese are very diligent, thorough and dare I say it hard negotiators. Just like we expect GJ to get the best deal he can for us, you can bet your life that the Chinese are working over time to secure the best deal they can for themselves.
That is why we should not be surprised if some of the milestone annoncements get put back a quarter or two.
