Ann: Results of Meeting , page-3

I couldn't have asked for a better batch of results from the AGM.

Everything has been passed apart from one resolution:

*Ratification of prior issues - PASSED
*Issue of Convertible Notes - PASSED
*Issue of Tincom shares - PASSED
($1.5Mill value BTW, issued at 5.2cents)

*RE-election Dr Brockenshire - PASSED
*RE-election of Mr Hutchinson - PASSED
*Remuneration report - PASSED

*RE-election of Larry Hanley - DENIED, he's out of here.


Now we will see the Tincom Shares issued at 5.2 cents, which is something that many HC posters have said would be necessary for the share price to go back higher to where it was some months ago - Now that our major partner has shares to the value of 5.2 cents.

Now we have retained 2 very valuable Board Members, Mr Hutchinson and Mr Brockenshire - awesome qualifications BTW, go and you can re-read them on the website if you like.

Also the Convertible Notes will now become a part of the price action on the shares, which will most likely become executed while the company's activities are on the up and so too could the conversion prices be.

I'm suddenly liking the prospect of our share price moving up towards the Tincom Issue price of 5.2cents now.
