28,846,154 fully paid ordinary shares at 5.2 cents
each upon receipt of first capitalisation of $1.5m".
IMO, now that this resolution has been fully passed, we could soon be watching the market react with regards to the share price.
IMO, this means that we can fairly confidently include another $1.5 in the coffers, in addition to the money we are raising via La Jolla.
IMO, this puts us in good stead for enhancing a Southern China
deal and for probably establishing some advanced interest/synergies in both European and American industries.
What a great day, a milestone indeed.
