EGM resolutions all passed:
Vote tally ~34million VS ~30million with 100k abstaining.

Looking forward to:
1) Hearing what Tay's efforts have yielded by way of Chinese negotiations/ interested parties in JV/ potential takeover.
2) Hearing of the directors in power scouting for an accomplished and well regarded honest MD!

In the mean time it's a hold for me. Suggest other Tay-nay-sayers do the same with a wait and see approach. The proved assets and potential of DMA is too good to let go regardless of your EGM position.

Tomorrow will be an interesting day on the market that is for sure...
