Only had 5300 votes, voted no via proxy - did not send via registered mail just normal mail.
No more spare coin to put into this one so will have to be satisfied with whatever happens. Little voice does not mean wrong (although almost always means lost).

Fisho26 - I think that the general apathy of investors was weighed, and used in favor of the directors. If you look back at the number of different entities (and I assume that they represent different people here) there were not too many individuals kicking up a stick about the resolutions. I remain in the camp that think it should have been voted no, irrespective of how good the next few steps in the company are - lack of transparency, sense of entitlement etc etc. Am I happy to suck it up - even though I have to in no way am I happy to, but I saw the writing on the wall (as did you all no doubt) the day the announcement came out! Hence the vitriol and anger at the time.
