I doubt Trafford would of been voting by proxy, they after all had their decision maker at the meeting, and one assumes casted their vote during the show of hands.
The company has 75.6M shares on issue according to the April 2011 presentation. If i am reading this correctly; represented on this announcement are only approx 28M.
It appears that of the folk not present at the meeting, (or more accurately those that provided a completed proxy whether at the meeting or not), only 1.2M or 1.6% of total shares, managed to vote against the aggrieving resolutions......
and that is a disgrace.....
