It pays to have your eyes wide open before you start posting and making assumptions. It had nothing to do with Management as it was a decision taken by this shareholder on advice he received from his financial adviser. He made that clear at the AGM.
How on earth people on this site came to the convulted conclusion that it was the fault of management is anyone's guess. Anyone who read the report with proper diligence would have quickly realised that it had been incorporated into the main shareholding.It certainly would not have taken Einstein to work that out. The person making the assumption that this shareholder had sold his new holdings even BEFORE the meeting had approved the transaction was just bent on causing confusion amongst shareholders. Or else he/she (to be kind)knows nothing about corporate law. Take your pick. Maybe he/she should take a quick course on Corporate Law. There are plenty of books on the shelf.
The coy Secreary did pick it up and informed the shareholder, prior to the AGM, that it would need to be reinstated, and this has has now occurred.So once again you are wrong in your assumption.How many more of these assumptions will you make?
And I have never said this stock was a sure thing, just that the influx of new money is a positive indicator.If you want to be stick in the mud of the past, that's your decision.I prefer to look to the future.
