You are clutching at straws, let me tell you.

I know that you are referring to someone else in regard to the above comments of yours, or at least I would hope so, but, before pointing your fingers at anyone, why don't you answer that same question to yourself first ??

Now, tell us, are you qualified to comment about Corporate Laws or are you not.

Because I am qualified to make those comments, and I do know how a company must be run (Note that I wrote MUST, and not SHOULD be).

As such I can repeat again that, any company Secretary worth his/her's salt should have made sure that those wrong and misleading informations should have not been sent out before being corrected.

There is such a thing as proof reading you know. ?
For, if you don't, chances are that it will come back and bait you in the backside.
This time, it did. No use finding possible excuses, because it did, lol.

How much did you say our Company Secretary, and/or CFO is collecting each year from ADY ???

But, as I previously said, we are talking, "AGAIN", about ADY where anything is possible.
