What I can't work out is about all of those shares EXCLUSIONS present in both the remuneration resolution and the issue of shares resolution.
One would have thought that, if there were over 70 million exclusions in both of those resolutions, (approx 78 million and 73 million respectively), the same exclusions would have applied for the other resolutions as well.
And as to why there were so many exclusions of shares for the count, I am totally lost and confused. The exclusion shares were in fact a hell of a lot more than the counted ones.
But again we are talking about ADY here where anything is possible.
