I went to the manas meeting just now and the answer from the main man was that the reson the vote against CC was so high was that the Canadian insto's don't like having exexutive directors. I gather this is a corporate governance thing and I 've run acroos it before in this co. Only it's worse now since most of the raisings were to Canadians.
CC seemed pretty relaxed.
