    What happened to continuous disclosure, the MD was supposed to be giving a presentation regarding the operations and growth strategy, were the AGM attendees the only ones privy to the presentation? The board were focusing on securing the funding prior to the AGM, what happened there, where is the update?

    My view is that ASIC and ASX are just lame ducks.
