This is what happens when the big end of town hold 42% of the stock and majority of small holders do not vote, looks like only 30% voted probably 100% of the major shareholders voted.So we now look forward to further dilution of about 40%.Even if the approx 400,000 now allowed for placement are issued at 10c (more likely 6c)its only $40mill a long way short of the $120mill required but enough to keep the snouts in the trough for a few more years I guess.
