I think that it is disgraceful that there was insufficient interest from shareholders that have been 'ripped off' for so many years to have ignored the opportunity to 'vote no' for the remuneration package!
As has been said earlier, any future funding will only assist management to keep their 'snouts in the trough'!
I apologise for the language but find it difficult to tone down my anger.
If enough people voted against the remuneration report then management 'might' stand up and be accountable. At the moment they only appear to be 'swanning off' and being paid bonuses to do so!
While we treat these annual meetings without some forethought of what management have been doing to this company for so many years - it will continue on and on.
I would be interested in any other peoples thoughts on this matter?
