Kosenar, I agree fully with you, unfortunately there are probably very few holders on HC and I suspect all holders here did vote No to the resolutions particularly the remuneration. ML and management live high on the hog whilst the average retail holder is shafted.The Indians may drip feed capital into the business until they are sure that they can recover the Gold, then it may be a case of a takeover at a significantly low price. Why would you invest $120mill in a company that is currently capped at $75mill !! If as was mentioned earlier that K sera sera are to be the white knights then they can raise their stake to 19% relatively cheaply through a placement. Then wait till the time / price is right to make a full takeover cannot see it being any problem to the FIRB.A takeover would probably suit some of the board / management as some are well past retirement age and they could live very comfortably from sale proceeds.
