It's a sad day when a meeting called solely for the purpose of granting options to its MD has only 8% against the motion.
It would seem that either there is little empathy for the ideals of occupy Wall Street protestors amongst company shareholders or that voters simply fail to put brain into gear before voting.
To be honest I'm pleasantly surprised that there was a protest vote at all.
