Punter - Without any alternative on the table my 100% of votes had to go for the SLR deal.....it's not what I would have liked to have happened but I am not silly enough to discount reality.
An alternative offer or recapitalisation proposal was not forthcoming despite attempts behind the scenes to rally support.
