the 2 % is pretty rough i know for three reasons:
the royalty is nett which may mean in certain circumstances some capital expenses ( and not just production exes ) may be deductible for bru, but it could be argued these capital costs are discounted into bru's valuation now to some extent, and also epg do not have to fund them directly
the royalty may reduce to 1 % in some circumstances, as determined by west aust dept of ind and resources ( if it is still called that )
although epg has royalties where bru have been most active, some leases of bru's epg does not appear to have a royalty ; or the royalty is only on 7 to 12%- namely the L ones and ep104
