I have held since they were 1.4c around the time this meeting happened. It was a close call then but pretty sure the current board have ticked a lot of those boxes now, and future looks bright. But still thought if the Directors were going to be issuing themselves with 5m options each, the ex-price should have been higher. They are in the money from 4c, which is a MC of only $65m...
