so lets get this straight...
Management and their associates own 37,300,000.
excluding management and associates:
* Total votes against were 1,400,000.
* Total share holder votes in favor of the resolutions 16,400,000.
So excluding management, regular shareholders voted in favor of all resolutions with a resounding 92% majority.
Not sure about managements definition of "resoundingly defeated by shareholders", I think resoundingly defeated by management would be more appropriate.
