    I think everyone should thumbs up the announcement so that it can be seen as a great move by the compay to ratify the plat placement. This now paves the way for the compay to finally raise the $150 odd million capital needed to get that multi tens of millions of ounces of JORC compliant gold out of the ground and into Lynch and co's pockets!
