Interesting to note approx 20% of shareholders voted against reelection of directors representing the Chinese major shareholders compared to minimal votes against other directors and remuneration report. Obviously large shareholders not happy with the influence of the chinese directors and share price probably continued to be significantly marked down due to distrust of their influence and agenda.
